Stewart Collins is director of GuestPath® for Delaware North Companies, a global leader in hospitality and foodservice and one of the largest privately held companies in North America, with approximately $2 billion in revenues and more than 40,000 employees.
In this role, Collins will oversee the company’s innovative customer service program and work to best leverage it to help Delaware North reach its strategic goals. He first joined Delaware North in 2000 as director of guest service at Yosemite National park. He most recently served as a GuestPath® Business Partner.
Collins brings 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry to Delaware North. He held previous positions with Timberline Lodge, Ski Bretton Woods and Mount Washington Hotel & Resort, all in New Hampshire.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in recreation management from the University of Vermont and also participated in the Walt Disney World College Program.
