Brad Anderholm is chief operating officer of Parks & Resorts, a subsidiary of Delaware North Companies, a global leader in hospitality and foodservice and one of the largest privately held companies in North America, with approximately $2 billion in revenues and more than 50,000 employees.

Anderholm accepted his current role in 2008 and oversees all company operations including food and beverage, retail, lodging and guest services. He assists with day-to-day operations, new business development and process implementation.

A graduate of Gustavus-Adolphus College and the Culinary Institute of America, Anderholm has worked with Delaware North since 2003. His previous roles included chief operating officer of company operations in Yosemite National Park and vice president of lodging.
